Kalma (licence CHRA 000) is a licensed non-profit cannabis association regulated by the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis (ARUC).
This page is for Maltese adult residents (21+) interested in learning more about membership. We do not promote or encourage cannabis use. Membership is only for those already knowledgeable about responsible use and willing to commit to harm reduction principles as per Directive 2.
Actual enrollment requires in-person verification at our approved premises (proof of Maltese ID or residence required; tourists excluded). It involves signing the official Declaration of Association, understanding the risks (health, legal, THC limits), and agreeing to our Code of Conduct.
