Kalma
Kalma is a newly established Cannabis Harm Reduction Association, officially licensed by the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis (ARUC). We operate in full compliance with Maltese regulations, cultivating and dispensing high-quality cannabis exclusively for our registered adult members.
Our mission is to promote safe, transparent, and community-focused access to cannabis in Malta. We are committed to responsible cultivation practices, strict compliance, and member education, ensuring a trusted and supportive environment for every member.

Founding members pay a €20 first-year membership fee and receive €20 worth of product credit once enrolment is completed at our premises. Open to Maltese residents aged 21 and over after in-person verification.
Standard ARUC limits apply: 7g per day and 50g per month. Membership is not guaranteed and follows ARUC procedures.

Kalma is a newly established, government-licensed association dedicated to the responsible cultivation and distribution of cannabis exclusively to our registered adult members.
Who can become a member?
Membership is open to residents of Malta who are aged 21 and over and wish to access high-quality, legally dispensed cannabis products.
